I am back! Well sort of! It is the new year and well I took off way longer than I thought I would! However, I am going to be back and will be talking/blogging about where I am at. I just wanted to let ya know-I doubt that my whole followers of 9 people are even still reading me. OOps!

Hi,Bobbie Jo. I saw your comment on Sandra's blog about the E to O pay issue. I'm curious - how do you go from E to O and take a pay cut? I've never heard of that before.
