On the menu for tonight: We had meatloaf & mashed potatoes. Here is the meatloaf recipe I used. It was in the
Easy Pleasing Meat Loaves http://www.kraftfoods.com/kf/Pages/home.aspx
What You Need
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 cup water
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
Make It
PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Mix meat, stuffing mix, water, eggs and 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce.
SHAPE meat mixture into an oval loaves. Top with the remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
BAKE 60 min. or until cooked through (160°F).
