I think I over did it! I drove this morning so I could grocery shop, then I came home, put the food away, got my nails done and took C to get reeds for her clarinet. Came home and did some stuff that needed done and then went to the Boys football game. I hurt! I mean really hurt!! That I ended up taking my meds. which I have been doing but not the "full" dose and not every 6/8 hours. I feel like I have been hit by a BIG bus! This is taking longer than I thought it would. I know that it is working and for my own good but I am not good at waiting and sitting still.
Please continue to pray for my recovery and that I will do what I need to do to rest!

UGH! I'm so sorry to hear this. Take it easy....stay down....yeah, yeah, yeah...I KNOW it's tough. Praying.
