Slow Cooking Thursday

Seriously I need to copy the recipes with the names of who posted them. I am again making a dinner from someone I read during this. I apologize and will try to do better.

Crock-pot BBQ Country -Style Pork Ribs

4.5 lbs Country-style pork ribs

1 onion sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/3 cup of apple jelly

2/3 cup of bbq sauce

Spray a 4-6 quart crock-pot with cooking spray. Place ribs, onion and garlic inside-cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours.

Once cooking time has elapsed drain juices & discard onion & garlic. Place ribs back into crock-pot.

In small bowl combine apple jelly & bbq sauce. Brush mixture over ribs coating well.

Place cover back in crock-pot and cook on High for about 30 minutes or until sauce has made a glaze over the meat.

I copy the recipe into an email message to myself ( then I can sort them by folder ). I copy the link to the recipe and add it to the bottom of the message.. I hope that helps.

I can understand not remembering who the recipe was from, there's so many great ones :)

MJ gave a really good idea though, I should do it too :)
